This is the Science of Beer Institute. Based in Florianópolis (SC-Brazil), the
institute is responsible for promoting courses aimed at the beer market since
2010. An institution dedicated to forming people prepared to work in the new
Brazilian beer market; to minister courses and workshops for beer lovers and
offering consulting for events and establishments related to the world of beer.
Science of Beer has the best reputed professors, all of which with international
graduation, experience and activity in the beer market, ensuring high quality
courses. Such work has been conducted in different cities all over the country,
and it has granted us nationwide reputation.
Since its foundation, the Institute has graduated classes in different states of
Brazil. In 2017 we started expanding our work through Latin America in a
partnership with the Instituto Cervezas de America and now we aim at
advancing into Europe and The USA.
Science of Beer has reputed professors, all of which with international
graduation and experience of years in the beer market, ensuring high-quality
courses. Such team is led by the beer scientist Amanda Reitenbach, who has
conquered her phD in Germany and travels the world reputed as an authority in
the subject.
