Gabriela is the owner of Levteck Tecnologia Viva. It is a pioneering company
in the production of quality control kits and liquid yeasts. It is located in
Florianópolis/SC. She has a phD in Biotechnology and Biosciences by the
Federal University of Santa Catarina, where she has worked with fermentation

yeasts. She is also a Master in Biotechnology by the Federal University of
Amazonas and a graduate in Pharmacy by the University of Caxias do Sul and
has always worked with microbiology and biochemistry. Gabriela is a professor
in the Microbiology and Biochemistry applied to beer disciplines, Yeasts,
Laboratorial analysis and Microbiological quality control. She also has vast
experience in the fields of alcoholic fermentation, yeast genetics and
microbiology applied to beer production. She has been a homebrewer since
2011.
