The course of Technology in Beer Processes aims at teaching how to plan,
coordinate, follow and control the actions of the malting, wort manufacturing,
fermentation, filtration and bottling of beers.

Filtration
Bottling process

Design the development of a beer using different softwares
Manufacturing of a beer at a brewery


At the end of the course, the student must develop a paper where a
brewing will be conducted with a report and the sending of samples for
the professor’s evaluation.

Sundays: 9:00am to 6:30pm
